Kirk Leff is a dedicated servant leader whose career is defined by a 29-year tenure at McLane Company. Rising from a local merchandiser to Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development, Kirk’s leadership earned him several awards including induction into the New York Convenience Store Hall of Fame. Throughout eleven promotions and five national moves, he remained committed to coaching teams and living out his faith in the workplace.
Kirk met Ruth, while working at Disney’s Magic Kingdom as teenagers. Married since 1980, they have two married children and two granddaughters. Guided by Philippians 2:3-5, Kirk transitioned from corporate life to deep community service in 2018.
Executive Leadership: Serving three years as the COO of Northland Church, guiding the organization through a critical season.
Youth & Advocacy: Serving on the Board of Directors for South Lake County FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes), mentoring the next generation of leaders.
Empowerment: Supporting Kairos Adventures as a Board Member, championing programs for individuals with disabilities.
Quiet Service: Working "behind the scenes" to provide strategic and operational support to several non-profits and for-profit entities.
Whether through mentoring or support, Kirk ensures every individual knows they play a vital role in the mission.
